Hans played a critical role to support me and my fellow new foresters at ACRT. He advised us on both ACRT’s internal inspection and quality assurance/quality control processes, as well as PG&E’s expectations as our primary client. These expectations included business practices to maintain ISO 9001 certification, and vegetation management compliance with California Public Utilities Commission General Order 95.
Hans also provided initial conflict resolution between residential and commercial PG&E clients, and vegetation management crews, with the ultimate goal of maintaining required clearances from PG&E overhead electrical facilities.
